18th century, having upholstered rectangular backs and seats with pierced fret carved arm rests, raised on pierced fret carved square legs with scrolling brackets.
Height 38 inches.

Each in overall good, stable condition. Some looseness to joints.
Carvings appear complete, with some tight splits and areas of restoration to arms of both chairs. Older but likely not original finish fairly even with some rubbing to the arms.
Brackets to legs with some later screws.
Having usual light surface wear (nicks and scratches) consistent with age and use.
