composed of a central plaque accented with translucent blue enamel over textured ground, the plaque surmounted with three silver topped gold foliate motifs containing rose cut diamonds, the undulated scrolling border containing eight oval cabochon cut turquoise measuring 7.30 x 5.30 mm, 12 old mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.88 carats total, and numerous rose cut diamonds.
